Sizing and color policy:
All shirts are Bella Canvas are UNISEX! You are responsible for proper sizing. If the screen print image is stretched in any way it can cause peeling, flaking or cracking. If it is tight in areas this can cause said above. I am NOT responsible for improper sizing and the results of it.
The image is to display the design and may not always be accurate in coloring or type of clothing offered. What this means is that I CAN NOT CHANGE THE IMAGE. It is as pictured, so when choosing a shirt color keep in mind if the image has black and you choose a black shirt, you won’t see the black part of the image!
WASH INSTRUCTIONS: Turn inside out, wash cold on gentle cycle, mild detergent, no bleach or softener, hang or lay flat to dry. If the item has bleach or tye dye please wash with like colors or separate on cold. Failing to do so can result in bleeding of colors. Failing to color these wash instructions can result in peeling of the image, wrinkling of the image and damage to the image. I am not responsible for your item if you fail to properly wash your item. I will not replace, refund or exchange for improper washing.
Shipping and return policy:
No returns, exchanges or refunds. Shipping insurance can be added at checkout to cover any loss or damage, this will automatically be added and is optional - you can delete it from your cart if you choose not to have extra insurance.
Customer is responsible for filing any claims for lost/stolen/damaged packages from the post office. Standard USPS shipping insurance is not always included when ordering. *It is recommended to use insurance through ROUTE+ but not required*
Turn around time is 3-4 weeks after Par-Tee closes for customized items. If you ONLY purchase from the ready to go items, those ship within a week of closing Par-Tee date. If you ship from both categories they will ship TOGETHER when the Customized orders are complete. When you submit your order you are confirming that YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.
