When purchasing tier decor you are only getting the wood pieces. No tier stand or other decor are with this purchase!!!
I CAN NOT GUARENTEE COLORS. Some colors may vary for what is in stock. But if you chose to have a finished product know that the same appearance is the end goal.
Plywood pieces vary between 1/8 or 1/4" thickness. It is for INDOOR use only. These are laser cut items, so a burnt smell is to be expected.
These are hand painted items! So glue and paint may be on the edges. My items are NOT perfect, they are made to order art!!! Please do not purchase if you’re looking for perfection.
If you purchased finished pieces please be aware that the following products may of been used to complete the pieces:
acrylic craft paint
glue, E600, crazy glue, gorilla glue, wood glue
paint markers for fine detail- examples- sharpie or Posca markers, paint markers
each shipping rate will vary depending on how many sets you purchase. All my wood items will be shipped Priority for insurance purposes.
Processing and shipping times do not include the weekends. I am working hard to have a 1-2 week turn around time for all wood items. But it is NOT always guaranteed.
Please make sure the address you have on file is correct. The shipping label will be printed directly from Shopify. We are not responsible for any incorrect shipping information. If your order is returned to us you will be responsible for the shipping charge to have it mailed to you again.
We ship USPS (unless it is a large order) or otherwise noted. Once the order has shipped you will receive tracking info from Shopify. If you miss it you can view your receipt and see it there. You can track it at www.usps.com or by other carrier if we notify you. Once the package is shipped- the actual delivery is out of our control. If there is a question about why a package is delayed (once you receive tracking info) you will need to contact the post office. We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages- YOU will need to contact USPS to find out about delay or file a claim.
.The expected time frame shows on your order when you place the order. We are not responsible for your expectations to receive it sooner because you didn't pay attention to BOTH the processing and shipping times.
